Knox Contracting, Inc. has been established since 1980, performing
general contracting and commercial building repairs in both Orange and L.A.
counties.
Company Profile
Knox Contracting, Inc. offers trained
professionals in every field:
SALES PERSONNEL specialize in estimation and Auto Cad, which ensures our
clients timely and accurate proposals and blueprints. They are capable of
bidding from either blueprints or on site, and if new or revised blueprints are
needed our in house team can produce quality and professional work at
competitive rates.
OFFICE STAFF are available from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. daily to answer any
questions regarding billing, tenant improvements or general building repairs. If
a client has an emergency or needs repair work done right away our office staff
will schedule the work accordingly.
CONSTRUCTION STAFF are trained in every phase of general contracting,
plus they are educated in and comply with the Safety and Osha compliance
program. While the construction staff is on site they will be happy to answer
any questions pertaining to the work that is being performed.
Knox Contracting, Inc. performs all phases of tenant improvements
including demolition, steel and wood framing, drywall, painting, carpentry,
electrical, and clean up.

turn around time is excellent when compared to our competitors, and we have
plenty of testimonials to back up this statement. References are available and
we would be glad to share that information with prospective clients. Quality is
